No More Sheeple

In order to get through fear, one must educate herself.

In order to educate oneself, I need to spend the time to do it. To make it important.
Following the herd certainly can be easier, at times, but what am I giving up? It could be my freedoms, my integrity, my CONCIOUSNESS. I would like to keep those things please.

Follow the news.........but which news? Who has the "right" story? Who are responsible journalists?
This is the fun part.....YOU get to decide. We have choices; as of March 29, 2006 we still do. Some news is very available; on the screen at all times, same talking points, not much back & forth debate, seems very one-sided.

Dig deeper.

Seek out alternative news. Discard one-sided chit-chat. Use your COMMON SENSE! Seek out others who are not afraid to tell the story of what is happening.

In These Timesis an independent newsmagazine. They do a great job weeding through mainstream media gobbledegook.

Education is key to tightening the girdle of fear. But, it may just bring out more anger when you find out what's REALLY going on.

There is a bumper sticker that says: "If You're Not Outraged, You're Not Paying Attention"

More tomorrow.

Peace,
Deanna :)
